Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Session Credit Policy If a tutoring session is canceled, disrupted, or otherwise impacted by valid reasons, Ortmy will issue session credits only. These credits can be used to reschedule sessions or book future classes within the validity period specified by Ortmy.
